Ayurvedic cuisine meets Moselle wine

Together with the catering service GOVINDAS we are organizing for the first time our vegan culinary wine tasting with a 4-course menu on March 11th, 2023. We serve 2 wines with each course, which we have matched to the respective food in order to be able to offer you a unique taste experience.

Both the dishes and the wines are 100% vegan.

Program:

4:30 p.m.: Reception and tasting of the current list wines

6:30 p.m.: Start of the culinary wine tasting

Participation costs €95 per person. Paper vouchers can be purchased for an additional charge of €4 including postage.

What makes a wine vegan anyway?

In principle, wine is of course vegan, but during production it can happen that animal aids are used to clarify the wine. However, our wines are produced without animal additives and are also very tasty!
